This is important:
Arcenio is a family man, thanks to his daughter, he grows specialty coffee on his farm. She acts as a quality expert for the coffee and together, they are pushing innovation with their fermentation processes, varietals, and drying times. He is also active in his community leading the other farmers to adopt a similar model of growing specialty coffee. Lastly, his use of various varietals sets the stage for a crazy cup of coffee. In a pour over, this coffee tastes like warm apple cider minus the vinegar and all the sweetness.
